Wednesday Night Meditation Sangha – “The Nature of Spiritual Practice”
Many people turn to spiritual practice to find healing for their deepest wounds. Meditation can help, but as long as the motivation is to heal something that is broken, the progress will be limited. Effective spiritual practice begins from an awareness of our wholeness. We sit as our True Nature that is here now.
