Have you experienced an inner call to a greater experience of life? Often when one faces a crisis or challenge, there is an opportunity to disrupt old patterns and discover new ways of being. Through spiritually based mindfulness practice, we will explore insight into our own hero’s journey and our collective call to transformation.
