Wednesday Night Meditation Sangha – “The Power of Intention”
Being clear in your intention is an essential first step in any spiritual practice. In transformational spiritual practice, you are not attempting to achieve a goal such as “becoming enlightened.” Your intention is a present moment action, and you simply remember that intention and practice returning to it.
