Wednesday Night Meditation Sangha – “Two Dimensions of Spiritual Practice”
According to author Ken Wilbur, there are two distinct types of spiritual practice, and the two may at times even seem contradictory. There are the practices that support us in making outer changes in our lives and the ones that lead to inner change. Understanding this distinction can lead us to the “pearl of great price.”
