- No dance knowledge or ability needed. If you have a body, you can do this! It can even be done seated in a chair.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move in, or work-out/yoga attire. Bring a water bottle and a journal (optional).
- Adults of all ages, cultures, backgrounds, genders and physical abilities are welcome.
About Libbie Vaughan: Libbie Vaughan is a retired clinical social worker and therapist who has been a member of our church for over 35 years. She was first introduced to this form of dance many years ago, but it was not until she lost her husband in 2020 that she discovered the healing power of movement. Libbie wants to bring this experience to others to show them how to gracefully move through strong emotions, because that is how we find joy!
