When we go through difficult times, there can be a temptation to give up on faith. Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble. But fear not, for I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33) The metaphysical meaning of this passage is that the Living Christ in us has never known harm, and lives from the deep Truth of Spirit, rather than the facts of our conditions. This Christmas Eve, join us as we light our candles, raise them in unison, and remember who we are as the light of the world. Let this night be a lived experience of hope over despair, of love over hate, of light over darkness.
