In our New Thought tradition, we emphasize the power to change our thinking to create more positive experiences in life. While this is a very good thing, it can sometimes lead us to label some human experiences and emotions as “negative” and push them away. In this series, Revs. Michael, Stacy, and Shirley will offer a different approach. We can learn to understand The Language of Emotions. We can engage our curiosity and discover the messages these emotions are trying to convey to our conscious mind. Anger, sadness, and fear are universal human experiences. When we stop resisting, and start paying attention, we can learn to work with these states in healthy and productive ways.
