Unity Fine Arts is happy to present The American Zeitgeist Chamber Ensemble in a pre-equinox concert on Saturday, September 20. The eclectic afternoon program for strings, flute, and voice includes ensemble works by C.P.E. Bach, Samuel Barber, Ricky Ian Gordon, and Walter Piston (featuring Unity’s Director of Music and Fine Arts, Kenneth Gayle). General admission and seats are on a Love Offering basis.

Zeitgeist is a German word that translates to ‘the spirit of the time’ and the ensemble members include: Victor Kendall (flute and co-founder), St.John Flynn (education director and co-founder), Anabel Ramirez (violin), Oleg Sulyga (violin), Matthew Carrington (viola), and Matthew Dudzik (cello). Unity Fine Arts, generously underwritten by the Bosarge Family Foundation, has been established to foster artful collaborations exploring the interfaces between the fields of Music, Science, Spirit, and Psyche.
