Reclaiming Life When illness, loss, or trauma shakes your world, it’s natural to ask, “When will I get my life back?” The hard truth is – you won’t get your old life back. But you can create a new one. A life shaped by what you’ve been through, but not defined by it. A life that is still yours to live, to love, and to make meaningful again.
Participants will:
* Reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of meaning
* Gain a practical tool for healing and growth
* Foster a supportive community of survivors and thrivers
*Learn to honor the journey while shaping a meaningful future
