Open the doors that are blocking your energy flow.  Our bodies are blessed with energy centers called, Chakras.  Each one is like a door to important aspects of our being.  Without anything electronic or expensive, we can organically open these doors and let our energy flow.  Using your voice, you can express who you truly are and elevate yourself to do what you came here to do.  I will teach a little on the Chakras. Then, lead you in some movement and create a safe space for you to play around with sound.
