How can we work more consciously and productively with our emotions? How can we tap into the energy they offer without becoming overwhelmed by them? When we engage our curiosity, we lower our resistance. Then we can become more aware of the movement of the energy, and less likely to be come trapped or immobilized. We can become fluent in this natural language that we all possess and begin to receive its messages of wisdom and healing.
Parents: Please sign your kids in at their classrooms, and then take them to Wallet Hall for Pre-session activities from 10:30 – 11:00.

Our Sunday morning services are open for in-person attendance and they are livestreamed. They are our most well-attended services during the week. These services incorporate an uplifting music program, guided meditation and a positive, thought-provoking message delivered.
