Meditation as a Spiritual Practice
In the Unity tradition, meditation is an integral part of our spiritual practice, along with prayer. Meditation is a time to become quiet, and “sit in the Stillness” as co-founder Charles Fillmore taught practiced and taught. In the Stillness, we open to our own deep wisdom and to the presence of the Divine. In the Stillness, we find peace and restoration. Meditation soothes the soul and aids the healing of the body.
We offer meditation throughout the week:
- Noon Silent Meditation, Monday – Friday | Noon – 12:30 pm | Chapel
