Havening Touch During times of stress, fear, and uncertainty, it’s important to have ways to release those feelings. Havening Touch is an effective tool for self-soothing and stress management. You can also use it to release unprocessed trauma from the past or in current situations. Embedded in the name Haven-ing, is the word “haven” as this method restores a feeling of safety, calms the nervous system, and relaxes us physically. Havening Touch is a set of hand movements you do sitting down and is simple to learn for both adults and children. Join us for this afternoon gathering to release stress and restore your sense of Divine peace.
