Denise O’Doherty is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Registered Nurse. She has had a private practice in Houston for 30 years.
In addition to her focus on Couples therapy and Addiction, she has worked with people with gender issues throughout her career. Her book, “Thriving Through Transition: Self-Help for Parents of Transgender People” (2018, Second Edition 2024) made the Amazon bestseller list.
