Facilitated by Dr. Tina Pariani
Dr. Tina Pariani, who is studying Integrative Ayurveda with the University of California San Francisco will guide us through foundational breathwork and meditation practices to calm the mind, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Together, we will explore how breath influences the nervous system, how meditation builds inner resilience, and how these ancient practices cultivate clarity, balance, and peace.

Dr. Tina is a native Houstonian who specializes in internal medicine and geriatrics. Since 1997 she has been an active volunteer with The Art of Living Foundation, a global humanitarian and educational non-profit organization dedicated to reducing stress, fostering inner peace, and promoting spiritual growth. She became an Art of Living Teacher in 2024 and leads workshops in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and ancient wisdom.
