Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. in the Unity pyramid, we offer a variety of gatherings such as sound immersions, drum circles, tai chi, reiki, integrative breathing, and special seasonal events.  Each event provides a space of relaxation, acceptance, healing, and transformation. We take a playful approach to recharging, uplifting, and expanding awareness.
