Facilitated by Mary Jane White

This is a new twist on setting New Year’s Resolutions! We’ll set intentions instead and visualize them fully realized. Making significant changes in one’s life is a combination of intuiting a life that is true for you, imagining that life in vivid color, sound, touch, taste, and smell, and setting the intention to fully live that life! In this workshop, you will create a Native American Intention Stick and/or Intention Cards for 2027 (or beyond). Sticks, blank cards, ribbons, fabric glitter, sequins, feathers, and more will be provided, although if you have particular items or embellishments you would like to use, please bring them. This will be a fun, festive way to jumpstart your year in the supportive environment of the Unity Women’s group. Who knows what you may discover when you come to play and let your creativity run wild?

Mary Jane White is a speaker on stress management and wellness and an artist. She has facilitated dozens of women’s workshops and groups over the last 30 years and is particularly interested in the relationship between creativity, spirituality, and wellness
