Joy is our natural state. As children, we lived in that vibration until various life experiences and messages told us otherwise. Science now shows that being joyful, seeing the humor in life, and actual hearty laughter has abundant health benefits AND helps us create a happier life! Teilhard de Chardin said, “Joy is the infallible sign of the presence of God.” This interactive and experiential evening includes laughter exercises, so please dress comfortably. No need for yoga mats. Exercises are done standing. Benefits of laughter: reduced stress, strengthened immune system, instant relaxation and sense of well-being, connects us to each other and much more!
