Sunday, June 11: “The Healing Power of Friendship”
Rev. Michael Gott
Surgeon General Vivek Murthy says that we are experiencing an epidemic of loneliness. It is not good to be isolated and cut off from others. We are made for connection. At Unity, we are committed to creating opportunities for people to build lasting, supportive friendships. Our Belonging Statement says, “We create a spiritual home for all people, knowing that we are one body, and that we belong to each other.”
Join us for more fellowship, fun, and refreshments in the Bookstore Building after the service!
Parents: Please sign in your children in the sanctuary lobby on the 1st and 2nd Sundays of each month. On other Sundays, please sign them in at their classrooms.
The east section of the balcony is reserved for masking and distancing.
Join us in person or watch our livestream on the Unity of Houston app or…
You can also visit the Media Center section of our website for previous lessons and meditations.
Our Sunday morning services are open for in-person attendance and they are livestreamed. They are our most well-attended services during the week. These services incorporate an uplifting music program, guided meditation and a positive, thought-provoking message delivered. Our Youth & Family Ministry is open, currently for children 18 months and older. For more information, visit https://unityhouston.org/family-children/youth/
