Stacy Collins \n\n\n\nSadness often arrives unasked for\, an unexpected invitation to loosen our grip—on people\, expectations\, identities.  If we have the view that  sadness is a flaw in the order of things\, we can find ourselves in resistance or denial.  We may find ourselves believing that we need to keep our sadness hidden from others.  There is another way.
