Bring a yoga mats or blankets if you can.  The breathwork can be done in a chair if you prefer to sit. Using a full and connected breathing pattern\, we  bring awareness and life-source into our entire body. This clears away unwanted mental patterns\, integrates suppressed feelings stored in the sub-conscious including imprints & accumulated discord\, and enhances connection with and experience of Presence and Source. \nConscious awareness of our breath is taught in meditative practices\, martial arts\, yoga\, and other ancient philosophies.
