Havening Touch is an effective tool for self-soothing and stress management. You can also use it to release unprocessed trauma from the past or in current situations. Embedded in the name Haven-ing\, is the word “haven” as this method restores a feeling of safety\, calms the nervous system\, and relaxes us physically. Havening Touch is a set of hand movements you do sitting down and is simple to learn for both adults and children.
