Join us as we learn about this healing practice with Debbie Mack. Debbie is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher (CRMT) in the Usui Tradition developed by the father of energy medicine Mikao Usui. \n\n\n\nIn this circle\, we will experience Reiki as a natural healing art that allows energy to flow from the Divine Source of wholeness and well-being. Whether you are a current practitioner\, a novice\, or someone interested in receiving healing\, this event is an opportunity to connect with Eternal Spirit and with other like-minded people. \n\n\n\nDebbie was trained and activated by Toni DeMaio\, CRMT\, the founder of the monthly in-person Reiki Circle at Unity of Houston. Debbie is also certified in the Angelic Reiki modality\, which works with quantum alignment and dimensional healing. DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Rev. Shirley Knight  \n\n\n\nHave you lost a special person in your life and sometimes yearn for the company of other people who understand that? Join Rev. Shirley Knight on the second Sunday of every month for a grief support gathering. The facilitators know that grief is not something you just get over. Feelings can arise at any time and need attention. This is an open format with no set curriculum. Together\, we create a safe space for sharing and expression. The compassionate support of each other is important as we integrate grief into our ongoing lives and new identities. You are welcome to bring a photo or small memento to place on our altar to honor your loved one. The Reading Room is in the Bookstore Building. Look for the exterior blue door on the Pyramid side of the Welcome Center. Snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring light snacks to share.

Stacy Collins \n\n\n\nSadness often arrives unasked for\, an unexpected invitation to loosen our grip—on people\, expectations\, identities.  If we have the view that  sadness is a flaw in the order of things\, we can find ourselves in resistance or denial.  We may find ourselves believing that we need to keep our sadness hidden from others.  There is another way.
