Wednesday classes are facilitated by Linda Lazenby.
Saturday classes are facilitated by MT Mazzarella and fellow teachers.
Our yoga routine of stretching and breathing will help you tone your body while giving you more energy! We have students from 9 years old to 80 years young. Classes are for men and women of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Children are welcome.
