May: Mindfulness Practices
May 4, 11, 18, 25

Mindfulness exercises and meditations can enhance the practices of self-compassion, which is defined as giving yourself the kindness and care that you would give a good friend. In these times when we demand a lot of ourselves, we lose our own connection; the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness will help you improve your own internal connection, and sense of well-being.

June: Mindfulness Practices for Meeting Uncertainty
June 8, 15, 22, 29

Mindfulness practices anchor us in times of uncertainty, allowing us to ground ourselves with our minds, bodies, and hearts. We remember that no matter the uncertainty of the moment, we can always come back to the sacred place of peace, leaving the anxiety aside.

July: Mindfulness Practices for Peace and Healing
July 6, 13, 20, 27

Mindfulness invites us to be present for ourselves and others. It is in the present where we can use our imagination to imagine a kinder, more equitable, and regenerative world. We often use our imaginations to feed fear-based stories and separation. This power of attention can instead be used to preserve energy, uplift, and bring about new realities, based in body wisdom.
