A Weekly Insight Meditation Practice

Beginners and experienced meditators are invited to sit with us for our weekly Insight meditation sangha. A period of meditation, a Dharma (Truth teachings) talk and group discussions will be included in each session.
Join Rev. Jeanmarie Eck, certified Spiritual Director for meditation and application of core Buddhist teachings that allow us to deepen our practice and find greater peace.

About the Facilitator:
Rev. Jeanmarie Eck is an ordained Unity minister with a Master of Divinity from Unity Institute & Seminary, and a Licensed Unity Teacher in Adult Education. She is a Spiritual Director with a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Perkins School of Theology, and a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator. Jeanmarie also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from The University of Mississippi, where she was an instructor. Prior to joining our ministerial team in 2014, Jeanmarie served at Silent Unity, Unity Village Chapel, and Unity of New York.
Jeanmarie oversees Adult Education and Spiritual Education and Enrichment, including our Licensed Unity Teachers and Ministerial students. She serves as cofounder and coleader of Unity Moms. Jeanmarie also teaches classes and speaks regularly at our services and is a contributing author to Unity booklets. She is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Unity Worldwide Ministries.
