Our yoga routine of stretching and breathing will help you tone your body while giving you more energy! We have students from 9 years old to 80 years young. Classes are for men and women of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Children are welcome.

Wed: 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm – Grace Hall
Sat: 9:00 am – 10:15 am – Grace Hall
Sat: 10:45 am – 1:00 pm – Grace Hall – This is an Extended class for more experienced students. Please call the instructor, M.T., before attending. 713-781-4621
