In the Unity classic book “What Are You?”, Imelda Shanklin asks us this question to remind us of our true identity: not the who of us that keeps changing, but the what of us — our spiritual self which is eternal. Once we know how to answer this question for ourselves, we will know ourselves well enough to trust ourselves, to be happy, and to be assured of our continued well-being. This 3-part series will ground us in foundational Unity teachings for living life through a direct knowing of our oneness with God.
