In difficult times, it is only through our ability to recognize our kinship with others that we discover our healing. This is how we reveal the “noble or awakened heart” inherent in you and me. This soft spot, known in Sanskrit as bodhichitta, is present in all beings, and is where healing is found in the tenderness of pain itself.
