Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa, and His Holiness the Dalai Lama have all committed their lives to the path of compassion. The Sanskrit word bodhisattva refers to such as these. By taking the path of the bodhisattva, we can learn the art of peace, and serve the world as spiritual warriors.
