Compassion is a term that often gets used as synonym for Love. And while there is definitely the flavor of Love involved in the experience, it is actually a deeper identification with others at the heart level. Developing our compassion comes from experience of conflict, challenge and loss that hollows us out and creates more spaciousness in our hearts. Let’s do a deep dive into compassion and see how much we have grown!
