When we look in the mirror, we may be surprised that our bodies look older, even though we don’t feel older. That is because the body exists in time, though the consciousness that is aware of it exists outside of time and never ages. As we continue this series on Jack Kornfield’s “Wise Heart”, we will explore the two dimensions of consciousness and how to turn toward our essence.
