Thanet is a sound healer, meditation teacher and spiritual guide who has been involved with Unity of Houston in various ways. In 2019 he took vows as a Buddhist monk and served in Thailand. He has previously spoken and offered music and meditation at Unity events, classes and services. Rev. Shirley Knight is an associate minister at Unity of Houston and is co-author of the book River of Being.
