What if it could be easy? What if you could create a simple mindfulness practice that worked for you? Join Rev. Michael Gott for a morning and afternoon of learning about the practices and benefits of meditation in a supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere.
The focused, peaceful mind is better able to navigate the changes of life and to create the experiences and connections our hearts crave. When we learn to still our mind, we find our peace.
