Sunday, November 27: “Holding On and Letting Go”
Life is made of precious moments and beloved people that we would hope to hold onto just as they are. However, especially as we head into the holiday season filled with meaningful moments, we recognize that we will only get to experience these people in this particular way briefly, before we all shift again into our next place, expression and evolution of life. Our work is to accept the impermanence of life while fully living this now moment in gratitude and joy, and then letting it go for the greater yet to be.

Our Sunday morning services are open for in-person attendance and they are livestreamed. They are our most well-attended services during the week. These services incorporate an uplifting music program, guided meditation and a positive, thought-provoking message delivered.
