Join the Unity PeaceMakers as we participate in the annual 1000 Lights for Peace event, sponsored by the Gandhi Library. The event begins at 5:00 pm with a 5K walk, followed by entertainment and exhibitions. The walk is optional; you may register for it on the day of the event or in advance at the Gandhi Library website.
Location: Miller Outdoor Theatre, 6000 Hermann Dr., Houston, 77030
Check-in for the walk begins at 4:00 pm. The walk begins at 5:00 pm.
Suggested donation for participating in the walk is $20; $10 for students. Free t-shirts with advance registration.
