“Release and Let Go with Ho’oponopono”
Join Kalyan Darshan Kaur and her mantra band for our monthly Kirtan at Unity! Kirtan is sacred chant, with audience participation (think “yogic sing-along.”) It is often in the call & response format. Experience the power of mantra and the healing vibrations of the musical chants.
Autumn has arrived and the energy is here to support us as we release and let go of all that is dwindling in our lives and reached its expiration date. It’s time to de-clutter and cleanse our bodies, our homes, and our lives. With mantra, we can take this process even deeper, releasing outdated beliefs, emotions and thought patterns that do us more harm than good especially as we begin to incubate new ideas to be birthed in spring.
On November 15, we will feature the ancient Hawaiian mantra, The Ho’oponopono. “I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, I Love You.” These simple phrases cleanse the memories that generate the problems we experience in our life.
In eight weeks, we will embark upon a new decade! What can we resolve now, once and for all?
Online Ticket Sales will end at 2:30 pm on the day of the event. After that time, you may buy tickets at the door.
