August Potluck Party/Christine's Birthday Celebration, Sat. August 23th 7 pm For those of you who remember, Christine Young is one of our loyal potluck party hosts. She offers her home to us several times per year. This month, it happens to also be on her birthday, so she is opening up her home and her celebration festivities to us. She will have a Caribbean themed event with Steel Drums and Caribbean music. Join us and bring a dish to share. Dress in tropical caribbean style outfits is you choose too. (However, it's not necessary). This event will be at the home of Christine Young | 4143 Lanark Lane | Houston, TX 77025 | Phone: 713-661-6019. Enlightenment Cinema - An evening at the church viewing & discussing of a spiritually based movie.
Friday Night Speaker Night – A evening at the church learning from a speaker that is intended to support and assist the group in learning a particular topic.
Tubing & Camping Trips – Outings to the hill country or State Park for tubing and camping over night.
Games Night – An evening at the church playing a variety of board games, bring your favorite.
Coffee in the Courtyard – Meet for coffee in the courtyard before and after the 11:00 am service.
Picnic & Play at Memorial Park – Bring a sack lunch and play with other Unity Singles on a Sunday Afternoon.
Dance Night at SSQQ – Join the Unity Singles for a dance class at SSQQ then a party to follow after the class.
Unity Special Events – Join other singles while we attend the church wide events Speaker Series, Movies, Etc.
Volunteering – Assisting in a particular volunteer project as a unified Singles group.
Cooking Party– Learning to prepare new cuisine with other singles at a local residence.
